Project Overview

This is a classic home which had good bones but needed modernization. It was extended into the loft space to create an additional main bedroom suite with views through a Juliet balcony. The kitchen was completely refinished with openings into the dining room.

By reconfiguring the bedrooms, we were able to create a work space which was initially a staircase landing. The result was a beautiful, lived-in functional space that offered connectivity to a growing family.
