MAK99 Interiors works on both sides of the Atlantic — from the studio in Washington, D.C. across Virginia and Maryland, and in London, where the practice began.

Interior Design in London

London is where the studio started. Maple trained at the Inchbald School of Design and practised here — taking on residential remodels and consulting with architects on renovations in Surrey — before returning to the United States. MAK99 has taken London work ever since.

Interior Design in Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C. is where the studio is based. The work here runs from a new build on a narrow lot in the Northwest to a historic house brought back into use and a Capitol Hill row house reworked end to end.

Northern Virginia sits inside the studio’s home territory, a short drive from our base in Washington, D.C. We take renovation and new-build work across the region.

Maryland is served from the studio in Washington, D.C. We take remodels, whole-home renovations and new-build interiors across the state’s D.C.-adjacent counties and beyond.
